What is up, mother fuckers? Welcome to the Week 10 Mag: Pandy Moany Umm Before the Play Offs! I felt like it it might help kick you faggots into high gear as we enter the final stretch of the regular season.
And before we kick off our usual recap/preveiw, I'd like to annouce the Week 10 cypher, Halloween Haymakers. Pretty straight forward. Standard cypher rules will apply; 4-5 max/per post, no double posting, ect. I will have an official thread up by the end of Tuesday. Just want to give Spree time to wrap up the week 9 roast.
.: Week 9 Recap
Champ Match Bag Mandela -VS- Exalted
Solid match up, both delivered good punches. In the end, Bag manages to retain the strap with a 6-1 victory.
Contender's Match MV -VS- Kill Spree
Mixed opinions from the voters, but I felt like MV's concept choice made this an easy W for Spree, who picks up the 6-2 decision and moves on to face Bag next week.
King Dee Bee -VS- Blue Bayou
Not surprised to see KDB excelling, as he continues to follow the formula that saw him break out as the ROY last season. I am surprised to see the veteran Bayou drop a third loss in as many weeks. Pandy moany umm? Sheeesh. Let me guess, you rapped it firm Answer & he didnt "hear anything wrong with it"? At least you can only go up from here, bud.
Robocop -VS- Slayerr
Solid natch up, but Plot was just more polished here. Not sure if Slayerr just got caught sleeping, or if he's running out of steam. Look for him to bounce back next week.
Phalanx -VS- Mac
"She's for the streets, bro. " - Winter Jacket.
Mal Diction -VS- Spectre1
Mal fucking won. This makes me happy. The most under appreciated talent in the league, IMHO. Hopefully he can continue to build on that momentum. Spectre1 continues his 9 week streak. Someone tell the guy there's no first round draft pick for tanking.

.: Week 10 Preview & Odds
Champ MatchBag Mandela: 7-2 -VS- Kill Spree: 5-1
Both have been really solid the last two weeks. Bag has utilized his creative concepts en route to capturing the championship. But his second defense may be his biggest challenge to date, as the veteran Kill Spree brings his heavy-handed personal game to the ring. This one should be good. Spree 55/45
Contenders MatchKing Dee Bee 3-1 -VS- Robo Cop: 5-4
Last years ROY bounced back after a rough week 8 with a marquee win, and finds himself poised for a run at the championship. But in his way, a veteran only 3 weeks removed from his own title reign. Hard call. KDB 60/40
Phalanx 4-0 -VS- Exalted: 5-3
Good luck, bro.
Blue Bayou: 5-3 -VS- Slayerr 4-2
Two veterans looking to bounce back after disappointing losses in week 8. Blue hopes to put an into a 3 week slide, while Slayer looks to find some consistency after dropping two of his last three. Blue 65/35.
MV: 4-4 -VS- Mal Diction 1-3
Mal picked up a win, and looks to prove it wasn't a fluke. In his way? MV, fresh off a disappointinh loss in the Contender's match, and determined to get his record back above .500. MV 70/30
Knoxville: 2-5 -VS- Spectre1: 0-9
Knox checks back in after a no-show hiatus, looking to turn his season around as the play off push begins. But considering his recent struggles with ghosting (two NS on the season), a win against Spectre could prove elusive. Knox 60/40
Mac 6-4 -VS- Thenextslimshady 0-0
Instead of making Mac sit out a week, I am forcing him to plat Papa Doc in a remake of 8 mile, directed by Amen. In theatres soon. Slimshady 100/00
