yes
hence...
fuck Digidesign.
Your also going to have to manually adjust your sessions latency to compensate for plugin latency.
Pro Tools LE and M Powered are a joke considering what you have to purchase to operate them.
Welcome to reality.
o, and you also have to buy some extra shit to import/export in OMF format...
Welcome to reality.
I reecomend something from Steinberg...Cubase is sick and pretty user friendly, Nuendo is really nice, but not as easy to pick up on as Cubase.

Did you just purchase M Powered? Or did you download it pirated? If you brought it with your money... then i would just recommend going ahead and getting the MP3 shit... cuz i know they dont accept returns on programs anymore.
that is why im not a Pro Tools fan. they squeeze your money off you, for shit any other program provides standard.
All for the sake of having "a version of the indutry standard recording program for music, movies, and blahblabhablha"....
the only PT worth a shit is the Pro Tools HD, with the TDM setup.

I bought the pro tools off americanmusical.com...also just got the maudio 1814 interface off ebay for $300 which i like....how much is the mp3 shit cuz im stuck wit pro tools now?Originally Posted by Kris Cain
your not stuck... if you switch tho, its like you threw away the 300 bucks the M powered costs...
im not sure how much the mp3 thing is... search it online, or on digidesigns website.

Ill just use the pro tools and bounce the tracks to wav then convert them to mp3 in some other program, no biggie.Originally Posted by Kris Cain
