Mac Mini in recording studio

I was thinking about buyin one of them Mac mini joints. Would it be a good decision to cop one and use it in a recording studio?
It got usb and firewire, so i can get a firewire control surface and use it for all connections. Yes/no/Maybe so?

simply because you can get a PC built for 500 that can outperform a mac mini in any situation, and it's infinetly more expandable.

and because you maybe saving money just to have a Apple brand name, but your going to be paying for software out the ass.

Its much more expensive.

but harder to get and more expensive... plus you gonna wanna look around for people that repair macs, because in my earea io know there are none which really fucked me when i had my mac...

macs are nice if you've got the money maybe get a nicer one, or go with a pc, also maybe check out those music xpc, i was in a studio that runs solely off of three of those.
