i just got a phone call 30 mins ago from ma dad letting me down once again so i decided to write a piece on him.
dont make promises that you know you cant keep,
coz i know for a fact you'll forget in a week,
make your excuses then another one to leave,
how do you expect anybody to believe,
what you are saying is true, when you cant deliever,
i remember when you had promised me dinner,
the day before you said you had brought me a bimmer,
lies have got thicker, trust has now got thinner,
i have learnt now not to take your words as gospel,
you can live with me cos you live in that hostel,
yeah like fuck, my 2 fingers are up ya nostrils,
leave you flat on your back, cos you know you've just lost all,
trust that i had ever given you, yeah fuck you,
who needs a dad around when there lining up in ques,
to adopt me, yeah thats right ill find someone new,
some one who loves me, whos promises come true.
