Now Im 13 years old and im not rich LOL but will my recording be atleast decent? what do i need to atleast make it cheap but also decent

cheapest yet decent: EMU 0404 soundcard ($100), Presonus TubePRE preamp ($100), MXL 990 mic ($60), AKG k44 headphones ($20). thats as cheap as you're gettin to have decent quality.
